ITSG Board Members

CHAIR

Robyn Guzman, Ph.D., is the Employee Voice Manager at AMD, where her expertise in Industrial/Organizational Psychology fuels her passion for enhancing workplace experiences. With a rich background as a consultant, she guided clients in optimizing their EX listening programs. Robyn seamlessly navigates the entire program cycle, from establishing governance to deriving actionable insights from data.

Holding a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Arlington and a B.A. from Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Robyn is dedicated to leveraging data-driven insights to cultivate positive work environments and foster meaningful employee journeys.

Robyn has previously served as Secretary for ITSG and currently resides in her home state of Texas.

VICE CHAIR

Megan Sherman, Ph.D., leads Employee Listening at Lumen Technologies. In her role, Megan leverages employee sentiment data to shape key talent management strategies and inform business decisions aimed at enhancing the employee experience. She is responsible for developing and executing Lumen's listening strategy across the employee lifecycle, reaching all 29,000 employees globally. Additionally, Megan serves as an internal consultant, assisting leaders in identifying organizational needs and providing change management support.

Megan earned her B.S. in Psychology from Santa Clara University and holds both a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Seattle Pacific University.

NORMS CHAIR

Stephanie Andel, Ph.D. leads the Employee Listening Practice at Dell Technologies. In this role, she is responsible for designing and executing Dell’s comprehensive listening strategy, which includes automated lifecycle surveys, ongoing pulse checks, as well as Dell’s annual engagement survey that touches over 130,000 team members. Prior to joining Dell, Stephanie was an Assistant Professor of Psychology at Indiana University-Purdue University of Indianapolis. Her academic research focused on employee engagement and well-being and has been published in journals such as the Journal of Applied Psychology and the Journal of Occupational Health Psychology. Her work has also been featured in several national and international media outlets, including Business Insider, France 24, Channel News Asia, PBS NewsHour, and on the BBC.

Stephanie holds a B.A. in Psychology from Bradley University and a Ph.D. and M.A. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of South Florida. She currently resides in Tampa, Florida.

MARKETING & MEMBERSHIP CHAIR

John Misenheimer is the Employee Voice Team Lead at Cisco, where he spearheads efforts to understand and enhance the employee experience through comprehensive listening research. He leads a talented team of mixed methods research analysts and natural language processing experts, delivering data-driven insights into employee engagement. In his work, John also offers strategic research guidance to program teams, ensuring alignment of measurement initiatives with organizational goals.

John earned his bachelor's degree in psychology from North Carolina State University and his master's degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Management from Appalachian State University. He currently resides in Raleigh, North Carolina.

 

TREASURER

Anthony Ariano has been with Hewlett Packard Enterprise (formerly Electronic Data Systems) for over 34 years. He has worked on the company's Global Employee Survey systems, as system developer and as a program manager for over 13 years, and has been a member of ITSG for at least 8 years.

Anthony currently works from his home office in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania. Outside of work, Anthony is a community theatre actor and Boy Scout Leader.
