Becoming a Member

Member companies of the IT Survey Group enjoy the following benefits:

  • Access to employee survey data norms from other top IT companies.
  • Twice a year meetings for networking and global benchmarking of HR, research, and survey best practices. Meetings typically include member panel discussions, external speakers, and breakout sessions to discuss key topics.
  • A forum to share advanced practices, such as linkage analysis: the ability to understand how attitudes and behaviors of your workforce relate to your customers and business results.
  • Increased understanding of best practice survey technology, tools and methods by sharing knowledge with peers, learning from external experts, and benchmarking with member companies.
  • Professional development opportunities through networking, meetings, officer and committee work.

Membership Requirements

  • Member companies must be information technology companies with global operations and at least 5,000 employees.
  • Member companies must commit to using and reporting survey data on at least 15 of the IT Survey Group core survey questions. Sample list of the ITSG Normative Items
  • Member Companies must pay annual dues of $2,000 and maintain an active participation in IT Survey Group meetings and events.
